Refund Policy

PersonaDNA provides digital content and generated outputs delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the content has been delivered, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Eligible Refund Cases (limited to)

  • Delivery failure due to a technical issue on our side
  • Duplicate charge
  • Other cases where refunds are required by applicable law

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@personadna.app with your order details, timestamp, and the email used at checkout. We will respond within 3 business days.
